Those are Entry Plug Chopsticks featuring Rei Ayanami from Neon Genesis Evengelion.  They were purchased in Japan by Tom Croom for Wasabi Anime when he visited the Evangelion store in Harajuku last month.  These things are awesome!  If you look closely at the top of the chopsticks you can see Rei in her pilot’s chair:
