Wasabi Anime on MTV… wait, what?!

Over the weekend, Tom Croom, the founder of Wasabi Anime, met up with Mike Broder from Florida SuperCon to film a segment for an upcoming episode of MTV’s MADE.

From Wikipedia: MTV’s MADE is a self-improvement reality television series broadcast on MTV.  The series follows teens who have a goal and want to be “made” into things like singers, athletes, dancers, skateboarders, etc.  The teens are joined by a “Made Coach”, an expert in their chosen field, who tries to help them attain their goals over the course of several weeks. Made documents the process the teens undergo as they try to achieve their goal.

The segment Tom and Mike filmed takes place in Miami, Florida and involves a young lady who is an avid coplayer wishing to go from “geek to chic.”  The episode is set to air in February of 2010.  We’ll let you know as soon we we know more specifics (i.e. exact date and time.)
