Founded in the late summer of 2001 as Wasabi Anime, Green Mustard is an fan entertainment production group responsible for conventions and events in and around Florida. Our team of talented artists, cosplayers, event staff, and web geeks have enabled us to enhance the fan community in a wide variety of ways.

EVENTS: Green Mustard designs some of the most innovative and entertaining events at your local anime, sci-i and multi-genre fan conventions. From uniquely designed 24-hour viewing rooms to original entertainment experiences like "The Wasabi Animusical," you know when you see the name Green Mustard or Wasabi Anime attached to an event that it's going to be something beyond "business as usual" convention expectations.

CLUBS: Anime clubs across Florida have used the "Wasabi Anime" name since 2001 to attract new members and share in their love of Japanese popular culture. Operating as franchises independantly across the state, clubs have been run in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and West Palm Beach. Green Mustard's staff works hand in hand with club organizers to help advertise their groups and get the word out at conventions.
